Register your dancer by filling out the registration form.  All parts of the registration must be filled out for registration to be complete. Please make your dancer(s) payments by either clicking on our online payments tab (if there is a tab available for the amount you want to pay). Online payments are located below the Register Online tab under ONLINE PAYMENTS. If a tab is not available for the amount you wish to pay, you may pay for your dancer at class by the 1st of each month or by logging onto paypal.com and sending money to pliedance@rocketmail.com.    Be sure to include on your check or paypal payment what dancer, day of class that you are paying for to receive proper credit. PLEASE NOTE:  To be fair to all dance families, Dancers are NOT registered and their spot is not secure until dancer's registration forms including the online form/waiver is filled out and first months payment/$10 registration fee is paid.  As always, thank you for your business!  We love our dancers and our dance families!
