Classes to begin the first full week of October (October 3rd)
We have made some changes to our Adult Fitness schedule due to demand and availability of instructors. Our classes will start the first week of October and run for 8 weeks. Classes are paid 8 weeks at a time ($38 for 8 weeks). Please see the following schedule. If you register for ONE class, you can take any of our other classes for FREE! Take advantage of this fantastic deal! If you are interested, please register online. You may bring payment the first week of class of pay by Paypal to pliedance@rocketmail.com. We will contact you the week preceding the class to confirm your attendance. |

ADULT DANCE CLASSES
Begin the First Week in October. Adult Jazz Tap/Performing Audition or Teacher Recommendation Required $49 Per Month/$10 Registration Class Day: Thursdays Time: 1:00-2:30 pm 1 Costume Required Per Year **********************
Beginner Adult Ballet Conditioning Class - including pilates and yoga.$90 - 8 Week Session Class Day and Time: Wednesdays - 8-9 pm If you have never done ballet, but always wanted to, or maybe it has been a few years or 20 :) since you have danced this is a wonderful opportunity for you to to do that thing you always wanted to! Class will consist of ballet conditioning, stretching and technique. We we will learn center combinations and choreography to ballet routine to music (non performing). 8 week/2 month sessions - $90. Come try a class and see how wonderful your body will feel! Adult Jazz/Musical Theatre Technique and Conditioning $90 - 8 Week Session Class Day and Time: TBD Did you always want a starring role in Chicago? Love dancing and Musicals? We will be learning jazz technique, center combinations which will include conditioning and stretching and learn a jazz/musical inspired routine along the way! Come join us for a great time! |

20.20.20 FIT
20/20/20 is a total body conditioning class for those people who want to work their entire body in one efficient workout!
The first 20 minutes is all about getting your heart pumping and that fat burning. Our cardio session will mix kickbox, easy dance inspired moves along with athletic drills. The next 20 minutes you will get your muscles working with strength training. You will work all your body parts with free weights and use your own body weight to tone and tighten. In our last 20 minutes, we will spend working our abs/obliques through unique core exercises incorporated with pilates and ending with yoga poses, stretching and meditation. Each one of these 20 minute segments will get your body toned, stengthented and stretched in a beautiful way. Cost: $19 Per Month Offered: Fridays: 5:30-6:30 pm Saturdays: 11-12 |
